We respect your privacy. This site collects the minimum information needed to operate the service: account email, account name, role, and the data you submit within your care journey.

What we store

Account details (email, display name, role, language) and the journey data you enter, such as stage checklists, notes, files and scheduled meetings. Meeting invitations are created through your connected Google Calendar/Meet account.

How we use it

To provide the care-coordination service: authenticate you, record journey state, schedule and remind you of meetings, and send transactional emails (activation, meeting invites, reminders).

Emails

We send account activation, password reset, meeting invitation and reminder emails. We do not send marketing email without consent.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. Only the minimum necessary is shared with providers used to run the service (email delivery, Google Calendar/Meet for meetings, cloud database/hosting).

Retention & deletion

You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting us. Data is retained only as long as needed for the service or as required by law.
