By using optionalxyz you agree to these terms. The service helps coordinate care journeys among clients, agencies and their staff.

Your account

You are responsible for your login credentials and for the accuracy of the information you submit. Keep your password confidential.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, upload unlawful content, or attempt to access other users' data. You agree not to store sensitive medical data unless you are authorized to do so.

Meetings

Meetings are scheduled via your connected Google Calendar/Meet. You agree to your calendar provider's terms for those meetings.

Availability

The service is provided as-is. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
